Interesting Workshop Last Week

Last Friday the Educational Technology Users Group hosted a workshop with a bit of a Halloween theme: Little (Work) Shop of Horrors: Tales of Fails and Edtech Experiments.

Here’s a post from Tony Bates about the workshop.

And here’s the transcript of Audrey Watters’ keynot address (the video will be available soon).

The Educational Technology User’s Group is a community of instructional designers, educational technologists and faculty using educational technology supported by BCcampus. I serve on the Stewardship Committee and most of our effort goes into the Fall and Spring workshops. They’re always great fun, a venue for networking and a source of new and interesting ideas.
